Matinique supports sustainable cotton farming through the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), which works to improve the sustainability of global cotton production with progressive training about water conservation, soil maintenance and chemical reduction. Garments bearing the BCI logo contain cotton as the primary fibre with at least 10% certified as Better Cotton. It also tells you that the manufacturer has committed to achieve a goal of 50% Better Cotton content within five years.
