During our Buy One, Get One at 50% Off Promotion, when you purchase one eligible item at full price, you may purchase a second eligible item of equal or lesser value for 50% off.

Exclusions: Core styles, gift cards, and special orders are not included.

Exchanges & Credits for BOGO Purchases

To ensure clarity and fairness, here is how returns and exchanges work with BOGO purchases:

Size Exchanges

If you are simply exchanging an item for the same style in a different size, and the size you need is available, the BOGO offer remains intact.
No adjustments to pricing will be made, and the original promotional pairing continues to apply.

The following sections apply only when one of the paired items is being returned, not when a straight size exchange is being made.

1. Returning the Half-Price Item

If you return the item purchased at 50% off, we will:

  • Exchange it for another eligible item of equal or lesser value, and

  • Issue a credit note for any price difference, if applicable.

Important Notes:

  • The 50% off portion of the BOGO promotion cannot be applied to items that are already on sale.

  • If your chosen exchange item is currently on sale, it must be adjusted back to its regular price to be eligible for the BOGO pairing.

  • If the replacement item is higher in value, you will be charged the price difference according to the original BOGO structure.

2. Returning the Full-Price Item

If the full-price item is returned:

  • The BOGO pairing becomes void.

  • A credit note will be issued for the entire BOGO transaction involving both items.

  • The item you are keeping will then be re-purchased at its original full price, as it no longer qualifies for the promotion without its paired item.

  • After this re-purchase is completed, you will retain the remaining balance of the credit note to use toward a future purchase.

3. Exchange & Credit Window

We are happy to offer exchanges or credit notes within 7 days of purchase.

During special periods — such as the holiday season — the exchange window may be extended. For Christmas purchases, all exchanges and credit notes must be completed by January 10, 2026, regardless of purchase date.

To process an exchange or credit, the following are required:

  • Your sales receipt

  • Original tags attached

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
